    Susan is an an awesomely inspiring coach. She has tons of life experience which she brings to all her activities. She is calm and compassionate and willing to work with anyone who steps up to meet her. I have been really grateful for her advice and help in strengthening my lower back which has reduced my daily pain levels enormously, to the point where life has become more pleasure and less burden. Her enthusiastic approach to life always lifts my spirits. She is gold.

    I have been training with Kylie since 2015 and would recommend her services to anyone. I was never into going to the gym in the past because I found it boring. The gym is no longer boring for me and I have achieved (and Learnt) more in the past 2 years than in the previous 20 years on how to be fit and healthy.
