    I've been training at Eden Fitness for almost 4 months now with Darlene and Carol whom are both experienced and committed in this industry. Darlene is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and somehow fun. My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. She's very creative in her approach, I was never bored training with get and she has a friendly personality, but she can be tough at the same time, which is what you need from a PT!     I was looking for a gym 10 months ago and after checking out 3 or 4 that were full of 'beautiful' people and music so loud couldnt hear what the person was saying behind the counter, I walked into Bodysmith. What a difference, felt at home and comfortable immediately, have been called by my name from day 1, that didnt gappen in previous gyms even after 12 months.

    I joined up nearly 13 months ago with the goal of doubling my strength and getting to a healthy body fat percentage. Can happily say that I started at 30% and barely benching 70 kg and now i am at roughly 17% and can bench 120kgs plus. Matt and Rachel gave me a simple meal plan and enough support to get me through the grind.

    Inspiring and satisfying workouts

    I've been training with Healthquarters for well over a year now attending 2-3 sessions a week, and I can honestly say I've loved every session (more so after completion). Katherine ensures that there is always variety from week to week, even when doing the same type of class. She is highly encouraging and motivates you to perform to the best of your ability. She is a stickler for good form to ensure that you are always getting the most out of each exercise. I find her encouraging and always ready to lead by example. She attracts like minded, positive people who I now consider friends. Keep up the great work Healthquarters!

    Katherine is a fabulous trainer. She’s highly knowledgeable and totally supportive. Plenty of variety of classes and she adapts for all levels of fitness. Importantly the classes are fun and have really built my strength and fitness.

    I’ve been training with Katherine for over a year now and am feeling fitter & stronger than ever. Katherine tailors all classes to the fitness levels of the individual so no matter what level you are at, you are being pushed hard every session. No two classes are the same & Katherine’s energy & commitment is inspiring. I absolutely recommend Katherine & Healthquarters to anyone wanting to get fit or stay fit!

    Fab walks

    I've joined Healthquarters on a few of their walks including Vivid and sculpture by the sea walk. The walks are of a good pace, intensity and duration. The group is also lots of fun too.

    Katherine is brilliant to train with. Two things I love the most. Katherine keeps the sessions different each time you visit and we do a different exercise every 60 seconds or so. Definitely no way of getting bored! Katherine adapts each lesson individually if required. I am late 40's and have had a double mastectomy plus other operations. Katherine has always gently bought my fitness back up to where I feel proud when finishing a class at what I have achieved. You just have to keep up with exercise forever. It's good for us all. Winter is even fun!

    I found the team at Vision Frenchs Forest to be friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They helped me keep my weight and strength goals during and after my pregnancy, when I could not have achieved half so much, on my own. Highly recommend!
