    IntroCourse for beginners in Yoga.

    Dates: from 20 Feb 2019 to 10 Apr 2019

    From Wednesday, February 20th we will start an introductory course. The course consists of 8 classes taught every Wednesday at 9:30 am for 1 hour. The course is carefully designed for people who haven't practised yoga before, for those who have experience but not familiar with Iyengar yoga. The course is an introduction of the basic poses, postures and props, including alignment and breath awareness. Each class ends with deep relaxation/meditation. Participation is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and flexibility. All mats and props are supplied by the studio. The course will run every Wednesday from February 20th until April 10th at 9:30 am. Investment: $140 AUD. Full payment and registration are required to reserve your place. *maximum of 10 participants and booking is required. Please note: Courses are not transferable to another person after the course has commenced. There are no discounts for being unable to attend a particular week. If you cannot attend a class, a makeup class will be allowed in an ongoing class at the studio. Refund policy: Refund in full less 5% if you cancel by 5 days prior to the event.     It is interesting how amazing your body can feel after a good yoga session as longer you have a good instructor. Jacqueline's sessions have a combination of acknowledges and vibes which make you feel energized even after a big day at work. these and much more qualities make her classes a 'to do' session if happiness and good body improvements is what you are looking for... fully recommended!!! :)
