Thrive Yoga and Fitness classes are accessible for all levels. We break down more complicated poses and prep the body to empower you to feel more confident in your practice. We have classes focused on moving in a way that is slow and controlled to build strength to support you in functional living. We also have classes which allow you to hold in stillness and release tension in a more restorative way. We believe it is important to support your body and minds in a way that invites balance into your life.

Mon 6:30am- Yoga Flow
Mon 5:00pm- Yoga Elements
Tues 1:30pm- Nourish and Nurture
Weds 6:30am- Yoga Strong
Weds 5:00pm- Yoga Flow
Thurs 4:30pm- Nourish and Nurture
