Yoga Ninja offers Yoga and Pilates classes. Our yoga classes are Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga and Functional. We cater for beginners to advanced practitioners. We haver qualified and experienced instructors to help students to become more flexible, mindful with their breath, mind and body, learn poses safely and effectively. We offer group and private classes 7 days a week.

We established since August 2022, for the team at Yoga Ninja, there is nothing like witnessing the transformation that takes place in our members when they become as passionate as we are about yoga.
