Each one hour class focuses on building endurance, strength, flexibility and balance in a sequence of postures that are linked with the breath. A strong connection is established between conscious movement and conscious breath.

No booking is necessary, as all classes are run on a casual basis, although there is sometimes a discount if you book in advance. Mats and blankets are provided.
