We offer multiple classes a day, 7 days a week to fit with the busiest of schedules.

At Sol, we are inspired by the awesome power of the sun. To emulate the sensation of the sun inside our boutique studio, we use Far Infrared (FIR) Heating Panels to heat our studio.

FIR Heating technology creates a radiating warmth that is a kin to the sensation you get from the sun's rays or a toasty fireplace. At Sol, you can feel like you are out on a sunny day all year round, regardless of the weather, and without being exposed to any harmful UV radiation.

We have invested in the latest in solar power energy storage technology. This means our FIR Heating Panels are powered using renewable energy. We are quite literally saluting the sun!
