- your health history (injuries, medical conditions, etc)
- your exercise history (Are you a newbie? Have you had a PT before? etc)
- what you want to achieve through fitness
- current obstacles (e.g busy schedule, stress, food temptations, etc)
Then, once we have that info, I will have a look at my training packages and see what is best for you. Then we can start making awesome things happen!
