    I was looking for a gym 10 months ago and after checking out 3 or 4 that were full of 'beautiful' people and music so loud couldnt hear what the person was saying behind the counter, I walked into Bodysmith. What a difference, felt at home and comfortable immediately, have been called by my name from day 1, that didnt gappen in previous gyms even after 12 months.

    I joined up nearly 13 months ago with the goal of doubling my strength and getting to a healthy body fat percentage. Can happily say that I started at 30% and barely benching 70 kg and now i am at roughly 17% and can bench 120kgs plus. Matt and Rachel gave me a simple meal plan and enough support to get me through the grind.

    Five years ago I was suffering from lower back pain and becoming very stiff with arthritis when I found that I had osteoporosis. A friend recommended I contact Jillian at Ajillity Pilates to see if pilates might be of help. Weekly studio sessions with Jillian and the excellent team have made such a difference. Not only has the back pain become a thing of the past and my posture improved but I am now much more flexible and stronger. Staff at Ajillity Pilates have liaised with my physiotherapist to ensure that my individual Pilates program includes exercises which I need to improve balance and build strength. Thanks to all at Ajillity Pilates for your expertise, constant encouragement and friendly assistance.

    I acquired a brain injury in 2003 and since that time have been involved in a lot of rehabilitation involving Pilates. Pilates has improved my core strength, stability and balance and working on many of my muscles that had become very tight. NOW I'm able to walk in a straight line without dragging my leg.     Nyiika has been my Personal Trainer for over 2 yrs. I've never had the same session twice & he is always motivational & encouraging. Alters exercises slightly for injuries but still maintaining same results. I've seen a big improvement in my fitness level, motivation to do other type of exercise & dropping cms off those areas that us girls just hate. Thank you Nyiika.     I train with Nyiika twice a week and have been doing so for more than 6 months now. I have notice amazing improvements in my strength and overall fitness level. Nyiika's sessions are flexible and he tailors them to your strengths, weakness and areas you want to see improvements. He makes the sessions fun but challenging at the same time and the best part is, he comes to you!     I always struggled with chronic back and join pains from my early 50s. Had a disc surgery and loads of physio without much effect.     Inspiring and satisfying workouts

    I've been training with Healthquarters for well over a year now attending 2-3 sessions a week, and I can honestly say I've loved every session (more so after completion). Katherine ensures that there is always variety from week to week, even when doing the same type of class. She is highly encouraging and motivates you to perform to the best of your ability. She is a stickler for good form to ensure that you are always getting the most out of each exercise. I find her encouraging and always ready to lead by example.     Katherine is brilliant to train with. Two things I love the most. Katherine keeps the sessions different each time you visit and we do a different exercise every 60 seconds or so. Definitely no way of getting bored! Katherine adapts each lesson individually if required. I am late 40's and have had a double mastectomy plus other operations. Katherine has always gently bought my fitness back up to where I feel proud when finishing a class at what I have achieved. You just have to keep up with exercise forever. It's good for us all. Winter is even fun!

    I've been training at Eden Fitness for almost 4 months now with Darlene and Carol whom are both experienced and committed in this industry. Darlene is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and somehow fun. My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session.
