    I've tried a few gyms in the area now and while its not the biggest gym its the most comfortable. The place is always clean & tidy. The other members are actually friendly. Never get idiots trying to stare you out or pick a fight.

    I have really enjoyed my 12 week diet and exercise program with Evolve Health. The whole Evolve Health team have been very supportive, the trainers get the best out of me and keep me on track. Through their dietitian I was able to be prescribed a diet plan that was easy to follow and effective. So far I have lost 12 kgs in 12 weeks and couldn't be happier. I was only going to commit for 3 months but cannot see myself ever leaving.
