    Great Tai Chi class for beginners

    This year I joined Fang’s beginners class as I needed to manage an ongoing arm injury. Fang’s gentle nature and her passion to share her expertise makes her classes such fun. During each class, Fang talks about the health benefits of the Tai Chi movements, mindfulness and being in the moment. I come away feeling relaxed and inspired, eagerly awaiting my next class. I learnt that Tai Chi and Qi Gong is a holistic approach to overall health and wellness. I learnt how important the breath is and felt the warmth of the chi flowing through my hands. It is also great to meet new friends. Thank you Fang for your wonderful Tai Chi class!
