Since opening in 2013, Blue Mountains Taekwondo has had the opportunity to help numerous students. We teach traditional Song Moo Kwan Taekwondo and we help students to challenge themselves, acquire foundational skills, develop new techniques, and excel in Taekwondo. Students learn self discipline, mastery, honour, and respect, and are expected to take on more responsibilities as they progress through the ranks.

Blue Mountains Taekwondo is owned and operated by David Taylor. David is a Kukkiwon and Song Moo Kwan black belt, and has been teaching Taekwondo for nearly 30 years. David also has a diverse background in Capoeira, Silat, Krav Maga, and Boxing, which are often incorporated into our classes.

In addition to Taekwondo, we also offer a group fitness class on weekends called Fighting Fit. This class is a casual class, no membership required, no belts, no gradings, no uniforms. Participants work on their fitness while performing exercises and drills taken from various martial arts and combat sports.
