I had heard a little about hot yoga and wanted to try to ease my lower back pain, having not exercised for a year and on the other side of 40, I knew I needed to move.
The website was easy to navigate and on my first visit my concerns were put to ease by the helpful and friendly staff. The class was like nothing I had ever experienced before! It was an intense 90 minutes but I was expertly guided by the teacher,Anne Marie, through out. I'm not sure exactly what happened , but I know that I walked out of the hot room with a sheen of sweat and a satisfied smile. Definitely recommend to any one, I have also done their Hot Core Pilates & Yin Yoga which is worth a look.

This is an amazing place. Tracy and Dave have created an amazing atmosphere and community. The classes are amazing and music and meditation truly out of this world. High vibes all round with excellent professional teachers, super personable approach, all levels of yoga catered for.

It has changed my life with maintaining my balance and improved my posture. I can now relax, strengthen my mind and body.
The teachers adjust poses so I am able to manage my yoga practice. Don’t be afraid you cant touch your toes or get in some poses there is always a way the teacher can help you. I also have made many friends at this studio; everyone is so friendly and warm.
Just give a go you will not regret it I didn’t.
I can't recommend this place enough. Love the space and all of the instructors as well as the variety of classes.
