I had heard a little about hot yoga and wanted to try to ease my lower back pain, having not exercised for a year and on the other side of 40, I knew I needed to move.
The website was easy to navigate and on my first visit my concerns were put to ease by the helpful and friendly staff. The class was like nothing I had ever experienced before! It was an intense 90 minutes but I was expertly guided by the teacher,Anne Marie, through out. I'm not sure exactly what happened , but I know that I walked out of the hot room with a sheen of sweat and a satisfied smile. Definitely recommend to any one, I have also done their Hot Core Pilates & Yin Yoga which is worth a look.
