"Flex Tone & Relax" classes are 60 or 90 minutes of mindful movement practice with postures and breathing techniques from classic Yoga blended with modern sports stretches, releases, pilates movements and conclude with a 10-15 minute guided relaxation/meditation to promote better breathing and relieve stress. You will leave deeply relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to face the world again
