What we offer:
- Studio Pilates: During our private or semi-private studio session, (3 people maximum per instructor), each client is taught according to their individual needs. Over the course of an hour, you will be guided through a series of Pilates moves – both on the mats and on specialised equipment – that are designed to help your body, while under constant supervision from the instructor.
- Mat classes: Our group classes are a fun and challenging way to experience the Pilates Method. We offer a range of classes from Beginner to Advanced level and include Matwork, and Senior Citizen classes, Youth Pilates catering for all ages and fitness levels. Using the body’s own resistance and weight, a series of movements are performed designed to improve circulation, breathing, posture, and body awareness. Mat classes also incorporate small equipment such as bands, weight balls, magic circles and foam roller.
