Postures are chosen based on individual needs and the group as a whole so each class will vary. Instructions are given for gentle, moderate or more vigorous options; You choose what your body needs. You will learn many kinds of yoga postures, breathing techniques, Meditation and ways of relaxation.
Yoga mats, blankets and any props are provided but feel free to bring yours if you prefer.
