It can help to relieve stress and anxiety, re-gain emotional balance, heal and recover from past trauma, or aid clients towards positive decision making and action.

I have a special interest in working with Emotions, and helping clients explore and process ‘hidden’ emotions, sometimes experienced or inhibited in childhood. By uncovering and processing these emotions, we are able to gain some clarity to many of our life problem areas and self sabotaging behaviours.

I can help unravel and release the Emotions that you may never have allowed to experience in childhood. These emotions are yours to discover in a safe environment, to aid you on your journey of healing.
I can support and guide you towards healthier relationship choices, by nurturing the relationship with yourself, leaving you free to discover who you really are and what you are truly capable of.

I am also a registered nurse with my background in Cardio-thoracic care. I came to discover kinesiology after suffering from back pain due to the physical demands and psychological stresses of my job. After just one session I noticed a truly significant improvement, and it was right there and then I decided to study this incredible field of holistic health care.

I have an empathic and intuitive nature and have always been sensitive to my environment and the needs of others.
