Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates gives you more options. Our physiotherapists have years of experience in using the Reformer machine to help clients develop the strength, mobility, control & balance required to achieve their goals. Our premium quality Kauffer reformer looks as good as it feels and is a joy to use.

Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is the original method developed by Joseph Pilates. Our physiotherapists can teach you exercises to improve strength, mobility & control while correcting your technique to get the most out of each move. You can also practice at home so that you are ready to progress next class!

Clinical Pilates
What's the difference between clinical and non-clinical pilates? Clinical pilates is provided by physiotherapists who have specialised training in diagnosing, rehabilitating and preventing both pain and injury. This enables us to make 'clinical' decisions that help you get the most out of your body.
