Welcome to Dazza Fitness – affordable and professional personal training and fitness classes run by myself - Darren Pennisi.

Through running Dazza Fitness I aim to motivate and inspire people to lead healthy and active lifestyles through fitness and health programs for all ages and fitness levels.

Bootcamps – Outdoor innovative and functional training that works your cardio, core and physical fitness like no other!

Boxing Classes - An intense fitness boxing class that will really get your heart pumping and fat burning.

Tabata Classes – An intense and short class designed to burn fat and tone up while giving your body a full workout.

Transformation Challenges – Kick start your health and fitness journey with one of our transformation challenges ranging from 4 to 12 weeks. Learn about your body, nutrition, and exercise and get the support you need to stay motivated along the way. Those who have undertaken previous challenges have achieved amazing results!

Mobile Personal Training – get 1 on 1 personal training to achieve results faster in the location of your choice. Many people choose to train at their own home. Group sessions at discounted prices are available.
