    I am really enjoying yoga classes at Zen Om Yoga with Preeti. Preeti is an excellent teacher, is very welcoming and friendly and takes the time out to ensure you are getting the most from every session. She also changes up the stretches each session and focuses on the body as well as the mind. I would highly recommend Zen Om Yoga.
