Inna Essence; a collaboration between two women, Anna and Andrea who are aligned with a vision to provide a studio focused on exceptional instruction and genuine community.

Our yoga, pilates, barre and meditation classes give our clients the opportunity to recharge, replenish and restore. We hold space for our members to shift from the hustle for an hour to drop inwards for that deeper sense of peace, and purposeful movement.

When our clients are centred, they feel calm and act gently with themselves creating a nourished body and mind to help them show up fully in their lives.

The purpose of Inna Essence is to create a space which provides a calming, grounded and loving energy. Our team focuses on authentic, genuine connections with all members, visitors, family and friends who walk through the doors.
