This offer is an opportunity to learn about how yoga can improve your health in a one on one setting where you can freely ask questions and learn that yoga is easy and adaptable to you. “Yoga is adapted to the student” not the other way round ! You will learn the basic principles of yoga. You will learn how breath and body build strength and resilience. You will develop a home practice which will be written out for you. You will have access to small group classes.
