Margery Hellman, of Yoga FeldenkraisTherapuetics, is a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, Feldenkrais Practitioner and Registered Occupational Therapist with over 25 years' experience in health care and 17 years in private practice.

Margery combines the healing benefits of yoga and the Feldenkrais Method to offer you an effective approach to accessing your natural affinity for health and happiness. Combining the feel-good flow of yoga with astute attention to the unique needs and circumstances of each individual, her classes are both accessible, intelligently-sequenced and deeply satisfying. Students enjoy her depth and breath of knowledge as well as her warmth and care for their individual constitutions.
