    Can’t recommend highly enough
    The 4 week Breathwork course with Nerissa was fantastic. Learning different breathing exercises in the Buteyko method has brought me made me feel more attune to my body and how I move through daily life. Nerissa teaches in a calming and informative way that always made me feel safe and comfortable.

    A 30 Year Reunion Request- The gift of Breath
    Nerissa was so accommodating meeting the needs of three former interstate high school friends, requesting an on line course to share the gift of breathwork. The breathing techniques we learnt over a month of teachings, provided the skills and tools required to best manage our individual ailments, chronic conditions and insomnia. We felt extremely supported by Nerissa's passion and commitment with her weekly contact, individualised breathing learning plans and ongoing follow up.
