TheYogaLeague is a magical and adventurous place where children from ages 2.5 to 10 yrs become SuperHeroes whilst practicing Yoga and AcroYoga. Problem solving, team work, confidence, trust and respect are some of the values that we promote and encourage at TheYogaLeague.

Every class is a mission where kids help one of the SuperHeroes solve a problem or challenging situation. As part of the mission, kids are welcomed to participate in problem solving, this assists the kids in gaining confidence and independence to help them solve their everyday life challenges. Every YogaLeague SuperHero is linked to one or more issues that children face every day in their lives.

During the mission the children have their secret practice of AcroYoga where TheYogaLeague SuperHero teaches them skills, behaviours and values such as co-operation, community, trust and team work all while the kids perform and practice poses together.

Every mission finished whit a dedicated time for meditation and relaxation, encouraging the kids to gain self-control, self-regulation, focus and concentration.

WHAT IS ACROYOGA?
AcroYoga blends the spiritual wisdom of yoga, the loving kindness of Thai massage, and the dynamic power of Acrobatics. These three ancient lineages form the foundation of a unique new practice that cultivates trust, connection and playfulness. Our highest aim is to bring the children into a state of union with themselves, with each other, and with the environment. From this place of mutual support the true self can be realized, honored and shared for the benefit of all.Through practicing AcroYoga, we experience a deepening trust in ourselves and others, and realise that by working in partnership, we manifest more than we ever could alone.
