Kundalini Yoga

In a Kundalini Yoga class, the movements can be dynamic, powerful, and also gentle, combining breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures. This all works to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. The main effect is activating and balancing the chakra system in our etheric body.
Kundalini Yoga has the effect of uplifting the spirit and soul.
During relaxation, the Gong is played to deepen the experience.
Class is suitable for all levels, beginners are most welcome.
You work at your own pace and compacity, always knowing your limitation, and respecting
your injuries.

Gong Yoga Nidra
The Gong and Yoga Nidra are together to create profound relaxation allowing healing through the five layers of existence, in the Yogic model, called the Koshas., or the sheaths or existence. Physical Body, Energy Body, Emotional Body, Knowledge Body, Bliss Body. Through the guided process known as Yoga Nidra, or Yogic sleep and the Gong, together it will induce deep relaxation. heightens awareness, integrates changes, and accelerates healing. This session is excellent if you are unable to relax, feeling stressed or just need to reconnect to yourself.
