Womens Boxing Classes and small group personal training to shape your body and build your confidence fast. We'll get you in the best shape of your life. Studios in the Hawkesbury and the Hills locations.
Each studio runs 36 classes a week. 50 min classes for all fitness levels. Work to your own fitness level. No competition, no mirrors and No men.
