Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic form of yoga where we synchronize breath to movement creating a moving meditation. Vinyasa is a style of power yoga and offers a cardio element as well as an opportunity to improve strength, flexibility and balance. We also get to have a bit of a laugh, it's all good fun! Starting in Term 4 (Monday 9 Oct 17) I will be offering two beginner classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5.30-6.15pm. These classes are shorter, slower and specifically tailored to new students. There will be lots of opportunities to ask questions and emphasis on correct and safe alignment.
