Hills yoga is a great place to learn and practice yoga. I am passionate about sharing the peace, calm, self-understanding, vitality and wellbeing which comes with attending yoga classes that can potentially transform your life.

Looking forward to seeing you all soon.

This is a long running school offers classes that are modified to suit the students that come. Ages range from 14 to 86.

Classes

Tue and Thur at 7pm
The and Friday 9:15am
Sat 8:30am

Beginners are welcome to any of the classes just come 10 minutes early the first time.

It is a wonderful supportive community group with classes held in a beautiful hall and environment.
