To each session I bring over 20 years of Yoga & Meditation teaching experience, and over 25 years of practice. I have taught people from all walks of life, and of all ages - the thing they share in common is the desire to learn and grow in themselves and life.

I have been working in the field of healing for over 20 years. From my beginnings with Reiki, I have enriched and deepened my skills through studying Neo-Shamanism, Language of Light Soul healing, DNA upgrades, Tibetan Pulsing, energy balancing, crystal healing, Tantric Numerology and more.

Today I focus on Embodied Breathwork and Movement, to support you experiencing your best life, no matter where you are beginning from.
