We are an all female Pole Dance Studio that opened in 2017. Alongside our Pole Fitness classes, we also offer a range of activities - twerk, dance, pole tricks, pole dance, lap dancing, strength workouts, flexibility classes, core, yoga and more. Why not try something new every night of the week!?

Our students range in ages from 14 to late 50's and come from all walks of life including nurses, real estate agents, teachers, lawyers, accountants, stay at home Mums and everything in between. Everyone says that when they come in for pole class they forget about the stress of the day and leave feeling happy, energised and slightly tired!

Dancing is a great way to get moving, relieve stress and express yourself. You don't need to be a dancer to come along, you don't even need a dancing/gymnastics background - in fact only a small handful of our students come to us with prior dance experience. The majority are everyday women looking for something different than a Gym workout.
