We teach Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu Art Systems The Traditional way, For Adults & Kids from 8yo. Focusing on: Meditation, Deep Breathing, Positive Affirmations, Assertiveness, Self Discipline, through: Special Fitness exercises and Powerful Self defense techniques as was used in the Battle fields in China. The training gives Strength, Power and Self Esteem development

We have Group training and Private training one on one. You can choose from the Two Arts Systems of Kung Fu:
The Hung Gar system for: Strength, Power, Energy and Advanced Defense techniques that allows a student to apply in three ways to deal with attackers from the same technique choosing from; Seize-hold, Damage/Break-joints, or strike Hard & fast,as it was designed to ward off attackers.

For Kids: they need to be able to deal with bullies and attackers in a way that involves the controlling an attackers power and force with minimum effort, before striking them down using only some basic moves. are taught more on the lines of protecting themselves by moving and pushing bullies at school and only use some striking when if necessary.

Finally- Forms training- that incorporate short, medium & long range self defense moves and at the same time, used to develop Health & Fitness benefits plus great maneuvering moves to keep the muscles and joints flexible and healthy.

The Chi Gong Art Training: Is like Tai Chi movement that promote Flexibility, Good health, Healing and Internal force for great energy and longevity with the ability to maintain great functionality physically and mentally.

Free joining- Come and join our training center the fees are low for such small training groups of Max. of 6-10 students per lesson. Its semi-private training for the same as large group cost. $10. for kids $15. for adults per lesson when training two times a week.
