Energy healing sessions include 6 different energy modalities including Reiki, Ashati and Earth/Shamanic energies. Shamanic healing includes an energy healing as well a traditional Peruvian shamanic techniques using tobacco smoke to clear negative energy, and is finished off with the sound healing vibration of the medicine drum.

Holistic counselling treats a person as a unified whole (mind, body and spirit), rather than only addressing one aspect such as a presenting mental illness. The holistic approach addresses the psychological, physiological, emotional/energetic and spiritual aspects of life. Clients come to me to address anxiety, depression, anger issues, feeling numb or stuck, and spiritual & life purpose.

Wellness coaching is about how to get clear on your goals and how to achieve them, be they physical, emotional, creative or spiritual. Once you have a goal, we work out a plan to get there, and I provide accountability on the plan. We also work through blocks / parts that sabotage your efforts to achieve your goals.
