Hi I'm Elke Supple, Accredited Dietitian & Nutritionist who provides body-positivity, family orientated nutrition consultancy for Medicare, NDIS, DVA, Workcover and Insurance funding. I specialize in eating disorders, food addition, allergies, gastro-intestinal and inflammatory symptoms related to a variety of chronic diseases, such as coeliac disease, insulin resistance, leaky gut syndrome, arthritis, thyroid dysfunction and eczema. Nutrition advice is tailored to your individual, specific needs, taking into account all aspects of a persons health - body, mind, environment and disease.

Elke Supple is a mum of two, and is passionate about healthy cooking and eating, free from artificial chemicals. She has worked in a variety of acute and community setting as a dietitian. She started working solely in private practice in 2006 and in 2008 founded the business Core Nutrition. In 2022 she joined her husband to create Supple Clinic - offering Physiotherapy, Acupuncture and Nutrition. Elke Supple has done extended training in eating disorders, behavioural therapy, weight loss management, renal and liver management, heart disease management, IBS management, pregnancy and fertility.
