Dr Shelley Cowden is an experienced and qualified Craniosacral Therapist and RYT500 Yoga Teacher currently completing a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy (ACAP).

Craniosacral therapy is based on the work of Osteopath Dr Andrew Taylor Still - a gentle yet potent modality designed to release restrictions in the movement of cerebrospinal fluid and restore balance to the craniosacral rhythm (or, 'breath of life'). Shelley trained with senior teachers in Cairns & Byron Bay, and is dedicated to each client, bringing empathy and a unique sensitivity to each client.
