Lena works from her private studio in Melbourne with BABIES & CHILDREN with developmental delays or other needs & with ADULTS who wish to achieve more comfort and ability or to regain lost abilities post physical or neurological trauma.

Lena is a highly experienced and certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and Assistant Trainer in Feldenkrais training courses. She gives private Hands-On lessons (FIs = Functional Integration Lessons), weekly Group Classes (ATMs = Awareness Through Movement Lessons) on Zoom and at St Kilda Sea Baths & PCYC.

Lena has extensive experience in working with people who want to recover from injuries, rehabilitate after operations or regain functionality post brain damage.

Lena meets clients at her Argyle Studio in St Kilda, and can do home visit when applicable.
