Exercise and Sport Science based evidence: It's never too late to improve your health and fitness level (beginner/intermediate/advance), benefits include better hearth/lung capacity (better quality of life as we age), improve range of motion (limbs and body) less stiffness and aches. Manage/control chronic health condition (body composition, diabetes and heart, etc).
Improve mental health (better cognition, self confidence, self esteem, concentration and feel much happier).

Learning to defend yourself (improve self confident) while having fun in every class.

Local, state and international competition (patterns/breaking/special tech/pre-arranged/sparring/team events).

Classes are mixed aged groups involving families/ kids/teens/adults/older adults.

All classes are taught in a safe, friendly environment, including self paced, with qualified and understanding and supporting instructors.

(4 promotions held each year).

Qualified instructors hold first aide & CPR cert, Coaching Cert Sport Commission.
