I have spent over 2 years honing my approach to help women find their authentic version of a balanced life. Now with the certified training and education behind me, I bring my own personal experience with breaking the cycle, an empathic approach and the coaching tools I have learned along the way to create a nurturing, safe healing space filled with compassion and non-judgement.

My mission is to help you beat the stress cycle. I believe that modern day stress can be the root cause of so many physical, mental and emotional issues for many and we all should have the tools to navigate this. I strive to guide my clients to discover their body's innate ability to heal and self-care practices to maintain balance.

I get you, I see you... because I've been there. For years, I struggled with burnout, experiencing symptoms like:

When I found Reiki, EVERYTHING changed. As Reiki helped remove the stress from my body, my symptoms started to disappear and I started to find joy in life again.

While burn out is a signal that reminds you to slow down, it actually is proven to increase your risk of autoimmune disease, create symptoms like anxiety, low mood, fatigue, migraines, muscle tension, break outs, dependency on stimulants (caffeine,sugar,alcohol) and digestive issues. This is critical information your body is signalling to you in a severe way, BUT it doesnt tell you why it has started and how you can overcome it. Its so important for your health and wellbeing to break the cycle of burnout and thats why I use a healing protocol that will help you complete the stress cycle, and find joy.
