We are a small team of professional and effective psychologists who have been working online for 4 years. We take your confidentiality and privacy very seriously; only using the 'gold standard' in video conferencing technology to connect you with the right professional at the right time.

There are two options available with our service depending on if you wish to speak via secure video or secure messenger.

1) Unlimited Online Counselling via secure messenger (we like to call it 'Thrive') includes unlimited contact with your psychologist via app or web browser. You will be issued a unique and secure log in which you can access any time of the night or day. This includes a 7 day free trial and thereafter $65 p/w cancel anytime.

2) The alternative is to a book an individual session with a psychologist of your choosing (or will recommend someone for you). This options is very similar to a traditional face to face appointment. The big difference being you don't have to leave home to meet. You can talk safely and privately with your psychologist at a time and place that works for you.
