Helphub uses use a combination of well-researched approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, strategically tailoring them to focus specifically on helping you control your compulsive p*rn use.

We have coupled research and observation together to formulate a session structure that is both engaging and illuminating. Incorporating the science behind p*rn addiction into our sessions helps you gain a greater insight into the mechanisms that underpin your p*rn use and what works to keep it in place.

This is a relatively new, complex, and evolving problem that is often misunderstood and over-stigmatised. Helphub works to break down the stigma and provides precision counselling on a subject that more generic counselling is ill-equipped to deal with.

Offering sessions Australia-wide over zoom, allowing you to access counselling from the comfort of your own home. Perfect if you are time-poor and have high anxiety or low community access.
