    This gym helped me get in shape and gain confidence.
    Going to Crossfit 505 has not only helped me get fitter, but the friendly staff and even other members have helped me be less self conscious. They are welcoming and help with all aspects of my workout routine.

    A Gym that cares
    The Crossfit 505 is great. All the trainers make sure you are comfortable with the workouts. They will help you with all nutritional advice as well.

    This Gym has changed by life!!
    I wouldn't have thought a gym would have not only helped me physically but socially and mentally!! Aged over 40 and I am hitting weights, movements and making friends for a lifetime. The coaches make you accountable to your goals, always free with nutrition advise and ensuring that you know how to be your best!! Love the NEW Recovery room which is free - sauna, massage boots and massage guns!

    Crossfit 505 is a supportive fitness community that helps you to achieve all of your health, nutrition and fitness goals. Variety and challenging workouts, useful nutrition advice and expert coaching makes this gym a truly wonderful place to be!
