    I have been attending studio Pilates for around 9 months with Maisa and I am feeling so much stronger than when I began. I initially started Pilates after months of lower back pain, which I was seeing a Physio twice a week for. After my first 3 sessions and incorporating the home exercises Maisa gave me, I no longer had to see the Physio for treatment. My posture and strength began to change for the better and I am also feeling more energetic. I highly recommend Body Contrology!

    Gaelle is one of those incredibly rare healers who instinctively knows how to tune into every level of her client - body, mind, heart and spirit. I've had her heal emotional blockages for me simply by naming them as she feels them - things that I have not mentioned to anyone.
