I am an intuitive and energetic therapist with a soul purpose to awaken and empower women.

At challenging times throughout my soul journey, I was so busy doing, achieving, and striving that I lost my practice of self-love and purpose. I wasnt caring for myself and gave my power away. Through these big lessons, I started evolving into my true self. I learned my soul journey was about loving and honouring me first, listening to my inner guidance, living authentically and having boundaries. These gifts revealed my purpose: to awaken and empower women, expanding their awareness to honour and unconditionally love and accept themselves.

I believe that everyone holds the key to their own healing and optimum well-being. I offer holistic energy healing in a sacred space where you will be nurtured, guided and supported on your path to self-love, transformation, healing and wellbeing.

I work with Reiki, ThetaHealing and Crystal Healing to identify, release and reprogram negative beliefs, feelings, or fears, healing the many layers of physical, emotional, mental, sexual and spiritual wellbeing. We will also focus on helping you to identify and clear any energetic blocks or drains, so that you can fully own your personal power. Only then can you open to true self-love and your full spiritual potential.

My intuitive and energetic hands-on healing sessions supports relaxation and stress reduction, healing ailments and emotional aspects, deeper self connection, clearing blockages, navigating relationships and life transitions, self-love, confidence, empowerment and more. Every energy healing is intuitively tailored to each clients need to optimise every session.
