Therapies offered are:

Bowen Therapy - wonderful for releasing tight muscles, and addressing problems such as back pain, stiff neck, headaches/migraine, sciatica, sporting injuries, TMJ disorder, etc. Bowen Therapy is also very relaxing.

Massage - great to increase circulation, promote detoxification, soothe aches and pains, induce relaxation, and help you feel nurtured.

Reiki - Deeply relaxing form of energy healing which promotes healing of the body, mind and spirit.

Ear Candling - Relaxing to receive and gives relief from sinus congestion and blocked ears.
