I provide early intervention mental health counselling for adults and teenagers from 15 years of age, that focuses on looking for solutions rather than focusing on problems, and I work with a wide range of people who are dealing with everyday issues and struggles that are interfering with their well-being. This means that I am committed to understanding your experience from YOUR perspective. When we work together, clients can rediscover the values that are important to them and their self-worth so that they can make changes in the way that they want to make them.

I have a special interest in working with individuals who feel so overwhelmed by the pressures they are experiencing at work and at home, that they have very little time for anything other than their duties and responsibilities. Mental and physical exhaustion is such a big factor in their daily existence that they often cant be bothered, their relationships are suffering, they have no time to schedule in the activities that once brought them joy and excitement and they dont know how to fix it.

Couples counselling will also be available from February 2024.
