Learn all aspects of meditation in "Learn how to Meditate" or join a like minded tribe and share your energy in a "Weekly Meditation Group", or expand your consciousness with "Live the Life you Want" a 10 week mindset class or empower yourself through being initiated into "Reiki I&II", and learn to how to channel and direct energy for the highest good to others.

Held on the first Wednesday of every month. 7.30pm. At the clinic in Greystanes. Learn to relax, meditate and become mindful of your actions, emotions and needs. We take a different theme every month and work on that. Call us to book in as spaces are limited. This is an ongoing event. $25 (There is no event in January 2021 due to the public holidays however we will start back in February 2021 so please join us)
