Addressing root causes of misalignment within the body. Manifesting into dysfunction and even unwellness.

Our modalities consist of Sports Kinesiology, Core Yoga, Pilates – Mat & Wunder Chair, Bioptron Light Therapy, Massage and Nutritional Guidance.

These techniques gives us the ability to look at a person as a whole. We collaborate our knowledge and skills to work with you from an holistic approach. Incorporating fundamental principles of wellbeing into a functional format of healing.

The human body has many apsects for repairing, and they are all connected. It is imperative the whole body be considered and not individual parts.

Animal wellness and healing is also another modality we specialise in. Featuring the Bioptron Light in repairing tissue and skin disorders. Emotional disabilities in pets can be assisted with light therapy in balancing their systems.
