This creates the inner-space, increasing your self-awareness and ability to live in the present moment.

I have many years of experience in Health and wellness, with a Degree in Health Science-Nursing, Grad Dip in Counselling, Cert. in the Art of Guided Healing, Accredited Meditation Teacher, Access Consciousness Bars Practitioner and am an Associate Member of the International Institute of Complementary Therapists and the International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance.
