Rebecca works at Northern Beaches Health and Performance, which is a multidisciplinary team that includes Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Physiotherapists.
Rebecca works with individuals and athletes of all ages and abilities.
Her focus is to help clients find out, and focus on what their body needs and what allows them to function and perform at their best.

Areas of expertise are in:
- Improving athletic performance.
- Individuals and athletes with disordered eating / eating disorders.
- Anyone wanting support their health and activity with the food that they eat.
- Individuals and athletes with any medical conditions requiring nutrition therapy. This includes cardiovascular issues, insulin resistance, diabetes, PCOS, IBS and other - diagnosed gut issues.
- Vegetarian and Vegan eating.
- Pregnancy and post natal nutrition.
