Introductory PT + Trial Month
Spend one-hour with one of our expert strength coaches to get you moving well and towards a stronger body! Your coach will spend time understanding your current level of fitness, exercise history, manage any injuries and focus solely on the quality of movement. Our trainers apply years of training and knowledge to ensure that you exercise safely and effectively.
Following the coaching session, you'll have access to unlimited classes for 4 weeks. Our classes* run for 30 minutes and are based around a strength program which changes every 4-6 weeks. Our classes consist of people from all walks of life (athletes, office workers, full-time mums/dads, graphic designers, physios) with varied training experience so we ensure everyone is working at their relative level of fitness.

You will gain an understanding of how to do a safe, powerful Kettlebell Swing and how to use the Goblet Squat to open up your hips and strengthen your knees. Due to the personalised nature of every workshop, sometimes, we cover the Turkish Get Up and Military Press. Not only that, we will teach you the basics of the incredibly powerful movement system, Original Strength (enough to change your life - and yes, I'm willing to make that bold statement!).
Your beginner workshop will include the following:
- 12 week training plan including pictures that illustrate the most important points for the swing, goblet squat, turkish get up, and military press
- Up to 2 hours of training on how to get the most out of your kettlebell training at home or in your gym with one of Australia's top kettlebell and movement experts
